Romi Mayes wins Songwriter of The Year…
….for her song ‘Ball and Chain’ on her album “LUCKY TONIGHT” at the 2011 Western Canadian Music Awards that were held in Whitehorse, YT!
She also won the same award in 2009 and in 2007! Congrats to Romi Mayes for her third Songwriter win!
I think we are going to get a full house for Romi Mayes and Jay Nowicki on 1st December as I am getting a lot of emails from her fans in the UK. If you want to be sure that you don’t’ miss out on what looks like its’ going to be a rockin’ night at Grateful Fred’s I really would urge you to book your tickets online as soon as possible. The room only holds 75 seated and we can’t’ have anyone standing so please, if you are thinking of coming, book as soon as possible.
